Journal, 1839-1843 [microform].

The journal describes Ironside's work as a Wesleyan missionary in New Zealand based at that time in the Cloudy Bay region. It also describes the Wairau massacre in 1843. In 1858 Ironside was transferred to Australia where he died in Hobart in 1897.
